Elad, a VP of Sales at a tech startup, embarks on business trips across the US and Europe to meet with potential and existing clients. With trips occurring every one to two months, often involving multiple destinations, Elad prioritizes planning his itineraries around his existing calendar and meeting schedule.
Elad is planning a multi-destination trip, he prefers to plan the trip based on his calendar rather than the standard method of selecting a destination and date. The system suggests suitable flights based on his previous usage patterns and gives him insights into the most suitable, fastest, cheapest, and other insights. He then moves on to selecting hotels and transportation in the same way.
Upon completing the travel planning process, Elad is presented with a summary screen outlining his chosen flights, hotels, and transportation arrangements. Elad reviews and confirms the selections, creating a new travel plan. Since all choices adhere to the company's travel policy, the plan is automatically sent to the company's travel manager for notification. Elad can then proceed to make bookings directly within the system, ensuring a seamless and compliant travel experience.
Two weeks later, Elad embarked on his business trip to the US, attending a two-day conference followed by client meetings. As the final day of the conference drew to a close, Elad retired to his hotel room for the evening. He then accessed the BizJourney system to review his upcoming itinerary. The system provide him a clear overview of his remaining travel arrangements. With a comprehensive understanding of his upcoming schedule, Elad was well-prepared to navigate the next phase of his business trip, ensuring a productive and successful conclusion to his travels.
