Social media has become a central and significant player in public diplomacy, and its impact has been evident. The project, with the full volunteerism of all parties involved, was established to provide a response to Israeli public diplomacy on social media in a way that is accessible and available to everyone, and in an efficient and focused manner.

I joined the project as a product designer for a team of two other designers under a product design lead. I took the responsibility for the database feature, empowering businesses to search and download valuable post data for their use. It was already in early stages of UX. The goal was to create an ideal flow in accordance with the development constrains and the React MUI component library.

Conclusion
I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team on this entirely volunteer-based project, especially considering the significant value that the system provided. It was meaningful, valuable and highly educational experience working with the developers, the PM and the design product team.
